At 918XC, you can buy with confidence knowing you are getting the best price for your money.If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product within 30-days of purchase, we will give you an in-store credit for the difference.The item must be in stock and the price must be verifiable (i.e. flyer, website, etc.).This price guarantee does not apply to retail stores that are liquidating stock and/or are going out of business, or online auction resellers.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING.
Every effort is made to ensure the products and pricing on this website are current and in stock.We will do our best to ensure the sales side of the house communicates with the IT folks to minimize errors; however, 918XC is run by bike folks not IT geeks so errors may occur.The right is reserved to correct any errors when they are discovered regardless of order status, up to an including order cancellation.In the event a cancellation is necessary and payment has already been received, 918XC will promptly initiate the refund process.
BACKORDERS.
From time-to-time, products may be temporarily out of stock or be on backorder. If this should occur, 918XC will ship the products that are in stock and only bill your account for that product which is actually shipped. The remaining order will be shipped and charged to your account as soon as it becomes available.
LAYAWAYS.
918XC understands purchasing a new bike is a huge expense (that often needs to be “hidden” from your significant other).918XC allows customers to place purchases greater the $500 into the layaway program with a minimum deposit of 50%. Special order products cannot be placed into layaway. Products must be fully paid within 90 days. If you decide that you no longer want to purchase the product within 30 days of placing it in layaway, you will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit. After 30 days, you will receive a store credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee.Items not paid for within the 90-day timeframe will be returned to stock.
RETURNS / REFUNDS.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from 918XC, please contact us immediately.
1.Defective product will be exchangeable but not refundable.
2.New bicycles are returnable for 30 days with original receipt*. They must be in original and sellable condition.
3.Apparel and Accessories are returnable for 30 days with original receipt*. They must be in original and sellable condition.
*A restock fee of 20% may apply to bicycle and accessory returns.
Payments will be refunded based on the type of payment received, i.e. payment placed on a credit card will be refunded to that credit card.Purchases made in cash will be refunded in cash.Purchases made by check will only be refunded after 14 days and/or the check has cleared our bank.
There is a $35 fee on all returned checks.
GIFT CERTIFICATES.
To ensure you give the right gift every time, 918XC recommends gift certificates.Certificates are non-refundable.
